Lance Martin started in the real estate industry at the age of 19 and has worked continuously for over thirty two years in residential sales and property management. Lance’s operation has been a family owned and operated office since day one with four Coldwell Banker offices that cover three counties. Today, Lance works side by side with both of his sons on a daily basis running the office and handling their personal clients.
